Ingredients

Medicinal ingredient: 

Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) oil 400 mg, providing 200 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA);Whole Schizochytrium (Schizochytrium spp) algae oil 214 mg, providing 75 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 1.9 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)

Non-medicinal ingredients: 

Potato starch, glycerol/sorbitol, sunflower oil, processed Eucheuma seaweed, monoglycerides, peppermint oil, RRR-alpha-tocopherol (natural), ascorbyl palmitate, lecithin (sunflower), rosemary extract.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take with water during a meal:
For general health maintenance: Take 2 capsules, 1 time daily.
To support eye, brain and cardiovascular health: Take 2 capsules, 2 times daily.

Precautions, contraindications and interactions: 

Avoid taking in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients in the product.
Storage:
Keep in a cool dry place away from light.
Once opened, use within 2 months. Refrigerate after opening.
Do not use if security cap is broken. Keep out of the reach of children.
