Providing:

Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) - 465 mg

Acide gamma linolénique (AGL)

High-Oleic Sunflower Oil - 2.3 g

Huile de tournesol à haute teneur en acide oléique (Helianthus annuus, Seed/Graine)

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Take 1 teaspoon twice daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Can be mixed in yogurt, shakes or added to salads. Do not heat. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
