Medicinal Ingredients:
Cod Liver Oil       5g
[(from Atlantic Cod, Gadus morhua),
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)       500 mg
Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA)      400 mg
Vitamin A]   255 mcg RAE
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)         10 mcg

Non-medicinal Ingredient: 
Natural lemon flavor and tocopherols. 

Directions: Adults: 
take 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) daily at mealtime.
