Medicinal Ingredients:
Each tablet contains:
Zinc (citrate)     15 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended adult dose: 1–2 tablets daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
