Toasted Tricolour Couscous

Toasted Tricolor Pearl Couscous is made of granules from durum wheat semolina. Tricolor couscous includes plain durum wheat couscous, spinach infused couscous, and tomato infused couscous. Pearl couscous can be cooked in boiling, salted water for up to 10 minutes, or until tender. Couscous is mildly nutty and tender in texture; ideal for salads, soups, side dishes, or other cooking applications.
