St. Johns Wort Herb

Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule):

St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum, herb top) ... 350 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Hypromellose, cellulose.

Directions:
Adults, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily. Use for at least 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks

Warnings:
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking antianxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are taking anti-cancer, antidepressant [e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)], cardiovascular, contraceptive medications, blood thinners, anti-HIV agents and/or medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications). Known adverse reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.
