Highly purified water soluble polysaccharide complex manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex® Process: Konjac-mannan (Amorphophallus konjac) (root), xanthan gum, sodium alginate
Recommended adult dose: 1 scoop 2 times daily. PGX® can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (250–500 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For weight management and appetite reduction: 1 scoop 3 times daily.
Recommendation when using PGX for the first time:
