Spinach Pizza

This pizza actually gets its own fan mail. Amy's starts with a blend of feta cheese, basil and organic spinach, spread over a hand-stretched thin crust. It is topped off with a melty mozzarella.

Ingredients

Organic unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, organic tomato purée, part-skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme [without animal enzymes or rennet]), organic spinach, extra virgin olive oil, feta cheese (pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme [without animal enzymes or rennet]), organic onions, organic tofu (filtered water, organic soybeans, nigari [magnesium chloride]), honey, sea salt, expeller pressed safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic garlic, spices, organic evaporated cane syrup, yeast.
