Medicinal Ingredients:
Squid Oil    2.56 g
EPA+DHA    1200 mg
EPA    400 mg
DHA    800 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
natural flavour, tocopherols (soy), sunflower oil, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate. Softgel ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.

Directions:
Adults and adolescents 14 years and older take 2 soft gels daily.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur (with shellfish); if this occurs discontinue use.
