Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - 1000 mg

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

 

Sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.

 

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

 

Take one capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of four weeks to see beneficial effects.

 

Cautions

 

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen. Mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Avoid taking at bedtime.
