Firm, tasty, Mackarel (Caballa), hand-packed in olive oil - possibly as near as you can get to fresh Mackerel without buying them off the beach! Serve as a tapas dish or in a 'bocadillo' - a sandwich made using crusty bread - and perhaps some garlic mayonnaise.
