Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Take one capsule twice daily. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond duration of one month.

Keep out of reach of children. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if pregnant or nursing. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of the hands, face and feet) or taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal hart beat and/or difficulty breathing.
