When we developed Aidan's Gluten Free™ bagels it was with taste and convenience in mind. A quick, nourishing breakfast that starts your day with the taste you remember, but bagels can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways throughout the day.
Ingredients
Water, potato starch, rice flour, organic white corn flour, chick pea flour, xanthan gum, potato flour, organic apple cider vinegar, vegetable glycerin, citrus fibre, salt, fruit powder (pears, apples, plums, calcium stearate), rice syrup, grape juice, yeast, canola oil, yeast extract.
Suggested Use
Can remain fresh for 4 days when sealed, but to maintain freshness for longer, the bagels should be frozen and later defrosted in the microwave as needed. We do not recommend defrosting on the counter. Please do not refrigerate.
