Zinc (zinc citrate)     7.5mg
Lutein (marigold flower, Tagetes erecta)    3.75mg
AstaReal® Astaxanthin (Haematococcus pluvialis)*    1mg
Copper (copper citrate)     1mg
Zeaxanthin (flower, Tagetes erecta)    750mcg
 
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate. 

Directions:
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 capsules per day with food containing oil/fat.
