Medicinal Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Chromium GTF** (HVP* Chelate)     100 mcg
Vanadium (Citrate)     25 mcg
*HVP: Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
**GTF: Glucose Tolerance Factors 

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
